Oneida, one of the world’s largest producers of stainless steel and silver plated flatware for both the consumer and foodservice industries, needed assistance in developing and executing a social media strategy. Together, Site-Seeker and Oneida built a social media marketing plan that helped skyrocket its social media followers and boost e-commerce sales.
In just one year, we grew their Facebook fans by more than 61%, and as a result, increased sales from this medium by 35%. Part of our strategy included identifying influencers to share content with their followers.
In one instance, this effort resulted in additional visits to their website and online purchases, making it the second highest revenue source for the day, accounting for 11% of total revenue.
