Matt Ford

President

Matt oversees business operations at Site-Seeker, managing and guiding the staff and helping the team appreciate and leverage their unique and collective strengths. Matt’s 25+ years in business have spanned various countries, industries and ventures. In 2011, Matt joined Site-Seeker full time after various roles managing sport arenas, stadiums and professional teams. Throughout his career, Matt has enjoyed the variety of managing his own small businesses as well as working for larger companies in Hershey, PA and Rochester, where he oversaw the planning and execution of thousands of live events over a 15 year span. 

Today, Matt leads the team as President and continues to focus on building a healthy organization, enhancing the culture and growing the business while investing in the team that takes great care of our clients. Matt and his family recently relocated to North Carolina.

Brian Bluff

CEO & Co-Founder

Brian co-founded Site-Seeker with his brother Eddie in 2003. He loves charts, tables, graphs – not necessarily in that order. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Brian earned his bachelor’s in microelectronic engineering at RIT and spent several years in the United States Navy.

He went on to work for some of the country’s most successful companies including Pfizer, M&T Bank, and PAR Technology, where he held several vice president positions. Now in his role as CEO at Site-Seeker, Brian continues to help strategize on client accounts and supports our sales efforts. He also loves the technical aspects of digital marketing and constantly looks for ways to leverage new technologies to help our clients solve business challenges.

In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and grandkids, especially at their home in Sandy Pond, NY.

Melinda Aiken

Client Services and Marketing Manager

Melinda is a cornerstone of the Site-Seeker team with over a decade of dedicated service to SSI. Along with her expertise, Melinda brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight.

Known for her exceptional flexibility and collaborative spirit, Melinda has a proven track record of successful account management throughout her tenure. She now expertly leads and mentors Site-Seeker’s growing Client Services team, a role where her sharp attention to detail, profound empathy, and remarkable adaptability shine.

Beyond client success, Melinda also spearheads Site-Seeker’s internal marketing initiatives. Her efforts are pivotal in positioning Site-Seeker as a premier digital marketing agency, consistently highlighting the company’s commitment to cutting-edge tools, top-tier talent, and innovative technology.

Off the clock, Melinda embraces her family life in Las Vegas, Nevada, alongside her husband and two daughters. They’re a devoted hockey family, finding joy in travel, competitive game nights, extra time on the ice, and the occasional thrilling goalie fight!

Carlotta Bartolini

Senior Account Manager

Carlotta is a skilled strategic troubleshooter with a diverse background and an impressive academic record. Born and raised in a small Italian town, Carlotta has always been drawn to exploring new cultures and experiences. In 2016, she took the leap and moved to the United States, where she has built a successful career in a range of industries.

Over the years, Carlotta has gained valuable work experiences with a variety of organizations, including nonprofits, startups, small companies, and multinational corporations. Her expertise in different sectors and ability to adapt to various work environments have made her a valuable asset to any team. Her work has taken her across the United States and abroad, allowing her to develop a broad perspective on business operations and marketing strategies.

In 2021, Carlotta joined Site-Seeker after earning her Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University. With her education and professional experience, Carlotta brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the team, driving growth and success for the company and its clients.

Outside of work, Carlotta has a passion for exploring new places and cultures. She has already visited nine countries and over 30 states in the United States, with plans to continue her adventures in the future. Carlotta also enjoys spending time with her husband and close friends and family, indulging in her favorite pastimes such as going to hockey games (Go Caps!) and horseback riding

Overall, Carlotta is a well-rounded professional who brings a wealth of experience and skills to any project or team. Her ability to troubleshoot, strategize, and execute successful marketing campaigns makes her a valuable asset to Site-Seeker and her clients.

Carlotta Bartolini

Jennifer Christopher

Account Manager

Jennifer has a Marketing Degree from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, and brings 15 years of experience in the business-to-business marketing field, having worked primarily with manufacturers and distributors of construction products.

Having lived in twelve towns across five states, Jennifer has learned to adapt to new environments efficiently and is an effective communicator who loves meeting new people, is easy to talk to, and enjoys conversation. She is a very loyal person by nature and is therefore dedicated to doing her best for her clients, striving to ensure they are able to maximize their use of Site-Seeker’s experience and expertise in all avenues of digital marketing; SEO, GoogleAds, website analytics, and reporting, Sight-Insights, email campaigns, and social media strategies.

In addition to a marketing career, Jennifer has been moonlighting in floral design for the past twenty years, both in floral shops and as a freelancer, having done floral for countless weddings, showers, parties, and memorial events. This skill set has given her a trained eye in the artistic aspect of marketing, with attention to detail regarding color, design layout, theme, and overall aesthetic of all things visual.  

Jennifer is married and has two sons who play hockey, baseball, and golf. When not attending a sporting event, she enjoys watercolor painting, junking/treasure hunting, or dancing at a live music event. A favorite activity is swimming with the family, whether in a local lake or in the ocean on vacation.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Alyssa is a Digital Marketing Specialist at Site-Seeker. She brings a creative and data-driven approach to digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing strategic campaigns that achieve measurable results. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing solutions.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining Site-Seeker, Alyssa honed her skills in email marketing, design, native advertising, and content marketing. As a resident of North Tahoe, CA, Alyssa enjoys exploring the beauty of the region whenever she’s not working.

When she’s not at Site-Seeker, you might find her snowboarding down a mountain peak, backpacking through scenic trails, or paddle boarding on a calm lake.

Alyssa is excited to leverage her skills and experience to help Site-Seeker’s clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

Devon Hoffman

Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist

Devon prides himself on being able to wear a number of hats and support various projects and clients. These projects can range from graphic design, content creation, lead nurturing, online advertising, and marketing plan creation. Devon has a prior career in the retail, tourism, and event management industry.

Devon joined Site-Seeker in 2016 as a digital marketing assistant. His creativity has driven his ability to create custom, client-focused content. He now supports a number of facets throughout the company, holding the position of Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist Team Lead. In addition to finding new partners for Site-Seeker to provide services for, he manages his own accounts and offers marketing support to various Organizations and Associations Site-Seeker belongs to.

In his spare time, Devon loves to travel and visit other cities and towns while supporting “all things local.” He has an affinity for craft beer and breweries. He loves sports and sports memorabilia, rooting for his beloved New York Yankees and New York Jets.

John Huebner

Lead Web Developer

He won his first computer (an ancient, defunct machine) in a contest and began a lifelong journey into web-based platform creation, watching the internet go through all sorts of changes over the years.

With a degree in computer information systems from Mohawk Valley Community College, John worked for small businesses and performed freelance work before joining Site-Seeker in 2007. He now leads our development team.

John lives locally with his family and cultivates a good-sized garden (i.e. a small farm) and brings fresh produce into the office each season.

Allie Liesch

Senior Account Manager

Allie, a seasoned Account Manager, brings over a decade of marketing experience to Site-Seeker. A Hofstra University alumna with a B.B.A. in Marketing, she found her way back to Central New York and joined the Site-Seeker team in January 2020. Allie is passionate about exploring new marketing trends and tools and deeply appreciates the collective expertise and collaborative spirit that defines Site-Seeker’s client-focused approach.

Her core strengths lie in pay-per-click advertising and social media marketing, delivering impactful results for clients. Beyond her client portfolio, Allie is a key player on Site-Seeker’s internal marketing team, lending her talents to tradeshows, strategic planning, and campaign execution. Her willingness to jump in and assist, whether it’s developing a new A/B test or helping move office furniture, highlights her dedication to teamwork.

Outside of her laptop, Allie can be found listening to an audiobook, perusing her Kindle, or bingeing a new TV show with her pups, Jack and Bauer, nearby. And if you’re local to the Utica area, you may have seen Allie serve a few pints or plates of wings at Killabrew!

Digital Marketing Specialist

Jim is a self-taught web developer who picked up coding the summer after graduating from Southern Connecticut State University. Though his first websites weren’t that pretty, they were enough to get him hired at a local agency, and the rest is history. 

Now with over eight years of website development and design experience, Jim can handle any issue thrown his way. He has spent most of his career building top-tier websites for schools, with a focus on responsiveness and accessibility.

Jim enjoys researching and learning new things, always eager to pick up a new hobby. His current hobbies include building and painting miniature models, collecting and selling football cards, fishing, watching movies, baking cookies, and playing video games with friends.

Carl Pfranger

Digital Marketing Strategist

Carl performs so many different tasks at Site-Seeker that it’s hard to give him a title. That’s why he’s dubbed our “Digital Marketing Strategist.” Carl is everyone’s go-to guy when there is a problem or a big idea that needs a solid plan. Whether it’s hardware, software, client support, or a personal hang-up (how much should I put in my 401k again, Carl?). He will either have the answer or work his hardest to find it – and will explain it in a simple analogy to make sure everyone understands.

Carl earned his degree in technology from SUNY Morrisville and held an IT support position at Hamilton College before joining Site-Seeker in 2008. In addition to maintaining the SSI server and keeping all of our computers working, he’s instrumental in strategic planning, AI innovations, and a wizard in Google Analytics.

Carl is an avid bicycle enthusiast, participating in dozens of events each year. When he’s not biking, he enjoys family time with his daughter, or trying out new restaurants and parks in Atlanta, GA, where he lives with his wife and their daughter.

Christine Ray

Sales Executive

Christine, a Leadership Johnston graduate, has a Bachelors in Marketing and Management with 15 years of B2B sales experience.  She enjoys networking, problem solving, and understands the value of building strong business relationships. She focuses on being a reliable, trustworthy and helpful source for both internal and external relationships. 

With a background in manufacturing and technology, she is accomplished in expanding new markets/territories and creating successful go-to-market strategies. She understands that each situation is unique and there generally isn’t a one-size fits-all solution. 

She moved from New Jersey to North Carolina in 2015 and has planted roots with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Christine enjoys family time, kitchen dance parties with her daughter and as many beach trips as the summer allows, as well as a long hike with her dog in the cooler weather. 

Nicole Reilly

Systems & Finance Manager

The office would fall apart (figuratively…and probably literally) if Nicole wasn’t around. Nicole is the office manager and is responsible for keeping the rest of the team on track and the company running smoothly.

She earned her bachelor’s in computer science from Binghamton University and worked for a combined seven years as a software engineer at GlobalSpec and Lockheed Martin. She joined Site-Seeker in 2009. Her background in software and development allows her to support our sales team with accurate quotes and contracts. She is responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, human resources, and company events.

Nicole loves spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach any time the opportunity arises, kayaking with friends, and being an awesome mom – for both her real family and office family. She lives locally with her husband and two kids.

Enny is a strategy-driven marketing specialist who helps businesses strengthen their market position, reach their target audiences, and drive measurable growth. She combines data-driven analysis with creative execution to develop marketing and communications strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Starting her career in management consulting across diverse industries, Enny developed a versatile skill set for solving complex challenges and adapting strategies to different markets. She has since built a proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, elevate brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. Enny holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University and a B.B.A. in Business Administration, giving her both strategic insight and analytical rigor.

Born and raised in Mongolia, Enny brings a global perspective and a strong ability to connect with diverse audiences. She partners with business leaders to ensure every marketing initiative is purposeful, results-driven, and positioned for a competitive advantage.

Kaylee’s journey into the fashion industry began at Cazenovia College, was where she honed her skills in business management with a specialization in fashion merchandising. However, it was her transition into digital marketing that truly ignited her passion for strategic problem-solving and client relations.

With her experience in the fashion world, Kaylee seamlessly transitioned into her role as a digital marketing specialist, where she thrives on crafting innovative strategies and fostering meaningful connections with clients and team members. With a dedication to continuous learning, Kaylee is always eager to tackle new challenges and surpass her own expectations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaylee finds joy in spending time with friends and family, reading on her porch with her dog right next to her, or embarking on spontaneous shopping sprees. With a multifaceted blend of creativity, dedication, and a zest for life, Kaylee embraces each day as an opportunity to grow and inspire others.
