Senior Account Manager/HubSpot Specialist
Role Summary
The HubSpot Specialist is a hybrid role at Site-Seeker that combines high-level client account management with deep technical expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem. You will serve as the agency’s internal and external champion for HubSpot, driving client value through onboarding, training, and audits, while ensuring our internal team remains at the forefront of HubSpot’s ever-changing capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
HubSpot Leadership & Advocacy
- Certifications: Maintain expert-level certifications, including HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, Solutions Partner, and Email Marketing.
- Internal Training: Lead frequent refresher sessions and develop training materials (how-tos, one-pagers) for the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Attend the annual HubSpot Ecosystem Kickoffs and webinars to share the latest updates and best practices with the Site-Seeker team.
Client Training & Onboarding
- Onboarding: Lead the technical and strategic onboarding of new Site-Seeker clients onto HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs.
- External Training: Design and deliver customized training sessions for clients to maximize ROI on the platform.
- Resource Management: Maintain a comprehensive library of resources to assist clients and internal teams.
Audits & Consulting
- Paid Audits: Conduct comprehensive pre-sale audits for prospects and annual post-sale audits for current customers to identify optimization strategies.
- Consulting Packages: Collaborate with the Sales team to package and sell HubSpot solutions and consulting services effectively.
Platform Management & Data Integrity
- Data Hygiene: Implement best practices for data integrity, including managing marketing contacts, removing duplicates, and filtering out spam.
- Marketing Automation: Support the Marketing Manager by developing strategic automated campaigns and tracking KPIs for lead nurturing.
- Integrations: Evaluate and provide criteria for native HubSpot integrations (e.g., Shopify, Google Ads, ZoomInfo) to assist Sales in pricing and positioning offerings.
Client Account Management
- Strategy: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing and sales plans are executed according to Site-Seeker’s high standards.
- Internal Support: Act as the primary internal point of contact for all HubSpot-related inquiries from account managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Senior Account Management or HubSpot-focused role.
- Deep proficiency in all HubSpot Hubs, especially HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs.
- Strong presentation and training skills (both internal and client-facing).
- Ability to manage complex data environments and platform integrations.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn technical audits into actionable growth plans.
