Site-Seeker Marketing Manager

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for the positioning and promotion of the Site-Seeker brand. You will build and manage the annual marketing plan and processes, collaborating with an internal committee to drive qualified leads and generate prospects. This role requires a blend of high-level strategy, project management, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

 

Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Marketing Mix: Ensure consistent delivery of a marketing mix including paid online advertising, trade shows, traditional advertising, social campaigns, and Site-Seeker’s overall online presence.

  • Content Strategy: Oversee the blog, newsletter, and other published content, ensuring messaging is aligned with target personas and the customer journey.

  • Lead Generation: Create marketing campaigns, landing pages, and online forms specifically designed to drive results and funnel qualified leads to the sales team.

Execution & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Build, assess, and share the performance of marketing campaigns through both quantitative and qualitative metrics. 

  • Technical Management: Utilize CRM and Marketing Automation software to manage the marketing process, and train other team members on these systems as necessary. 

  • Collaboration: Liaise directly with Site-Seeker’s HubSpot Specialist and Head of Sales to align messaging and lead nurturing efforts.

     

Leadership & Client Relations

  • Committee Leadership: Lead a small internal marketing committee to assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan.

  • Client Management: Manage a portion of client accounts (30% of time), applying digital and traditional marketing practices to meet specific client business goals.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets and redirect non-performing programs in an effective and efficient manner.

     

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation software, and Lead Gen software.

  • Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and execute multi-faceted marketing plans and manage budgets. 

  • Soft Skills: Superior presentation skills, strong project and people management abilities, and the personality to both take and give direction in a collaborative environment.
