New Hartford, NY – Site-Seeker has been named one of Central New York’s Best Places to Work by the Central New York Business Journal. Site-Seeker is one of 15 local companies with less than 50 employees to win the award.
In order to qualify for the honor, Site-Seeker employees were required to take a survey that gauges workplace satisfaction. The overwhelming responses led to the agency being honored.
“It’s such a tremendous milestone and honor for Site-Seeker to achieve this award. When our employees feel empowered, trusted, valued and they know their work is meaningful, it creates a powerful work environment. The team deserves the credit for driving our success and fostering a great culture and place to work,” said Site-Seeker President Matt Ford.
All recipients were honored at an awards ceremony at Drumlins Country Club on October 19, 2017.
Site-Seeker, founded in 2003, provides digital marketing services to local Central New York clients as well as national companies. The company boasts 16 full-time employees, ranging from account managers, team leads, digital marketing specialists and assistants, and more.
“I feel very fortunate to work with such an intelligent and dedicated group of people,” said Brian Bluff, Site-Seeker’s CEO and co-founder.
“People ask me how we established our culture. I always respond that we came about it honestly. It’s not easy to land a job at Site-Seeker. We are very deliberate in that regard. But once you are on our team, we empower you to make the decisions necessary to do your job well. Most importantly, though, is to treat people with respect – customers and teammates. We work really hard, but have a lot of fun in the process. Everyone likes being on a winning team,” Bluff said.
