Extensive internal interviews throughout the corporate ladder – from regional sales to managers and even the CEO – armed Site-Seeker with all the information we needed. There was no secret who DeIorio’s main target buyers were; the problem was communicating effectively with those prospects.

Demographic and market research led us to compile content consumption and buying habits for each of the main customers. From there, Site-Seeker provided strategies, content ideas and more so the sales team could better promote their products. By tailoring their sales strategy toward the unique persona, engagement and interaction increased.

Creating these buyer personas also allowed us to better hone in our PPC and social media efforts. Whether it was changing ad copy, the language in social posts, or the content we were delivering to users, every part of our digital marketing strategy is now based off these personas!
